BenQ Router SP00008 need to reset and default password

Hello, people in this forum. It's my first try here, in my poor english (next time maybe in portuguese? )...
Well - to the problem:
an old BenQ router model SP00008, more as 5 e-mails to BenQ all over the world and no answer. The e-mail bellow:

I'm almost 5 days waiting for an answer of Benq in Brazil, and nothing happens.
As I'm in hurry, I will ask you if possible to send me two information:
- how to reset SP00008
- what is the default password and user name

I appreciate your prompt answer, because I need to reconfigure the switch and nobody in the office knows the password used.
Thank you in advance.

Maybe someone in this list can help me in this issue.
Thanks.

I find nothing on the BenQ website, and a search for BenQ SP00008 turns up nothing. I don't really know what to tell you... It might be time to buy a new router.

Tks, Johnwill, this research I have still made. I found two pdf files in link: http://latam.benq.com/support/downlo...productline=19

and I made a little mistake: it's a zero too much in the model type. The right information is SP0008.
Sorry.

That's a switch, not a router, perhaps that's the confusion? There is no reset, and no configuration for that device. Time to go back to the drawing board.
