MAT, ICS problems with MSN Messenger and Microsoft webpages

Hi, I've got an ADSL 1.5Mbps shared with a 20 lan connection. A simple conection: all clients connected to a hub and this one to asdl modem/router 305EU. 6 or 4 months ago I used to set my pc as server/router, and during last year I use to set my PC as router and then off and then back on again... It wasn't hard: just click to my conection, blahblah... Allow others connect to internet by this ... It's worked for 2month. Then, I let them to connect directly to internet.

Lately, I've tried to set my pc as router but neither windows live messenger gets to work nor Messenger 7.5 do in clients' PCs; just windows messenger, the one installed by default in Windows XP SP2. The other things is that anything related to microsoft:like homepage, support or downloads, work. Clients can't open www.microsoft.com and related webpages.

I've formated my PC a tons of time, trying to share Internet as first thing before install any Anivirus or firewall, I've set the Windows Firewal off, but it's useless. I would like to know what to do. If I must have an specific software. I tried to install Kerio Firewall but I don't get it to assign IPs to others PCs, unless I set clients manualy. But the problem with microsoft and msn messenger persists. Also, i've tried to activate the ICS before update windows. And after too.

I've would like to know what must I do to set my LAN properly. What am I doing wrong. I need to control this onection because there're some clients that use p2p at daylight without speed control. One of solution could be set as check every client separately but, what if I want to controll 'em by my server?
