Pencil How to configure a website domain name from IP address?

Would anyone please instruct me how to configure a website domain name from IP address?, other than by typing an IP address in search bar of search engines?

When I type an IP address on yahoo search bar, usually the website domain name come up; but for certain IP address, I do not get the result.
(I could configure an IP address from website domain name by using "Start-run-cmd-ping website address" method, (WinXP Home) but do not know the technique for vice versa).

I would really appreciate if anyone would help me in this matter.
Thank you for your time and assistance!

I am not sure what you mean. But you can do

ping -a IP_ADDRESS and it will give you a domain name.

Thank you very much!
I wanted to know a host of tracking cookies indicated in form of IP address, not domain name.
