my wireless signal is being stolen
ok i have not secured my wireless network yet as i just installed it. i was experiencing slow speeds, and i had a LOW connection. i went into cmd and went ipconfig. it listed my info and another list and the DNS suffix was a name of a different ISP. and my routers DHCP table shpwed another connection other than mine. i was wondering if it is possible to find out who the person is, or fin out there IP address

Why don't you simply configure encryption on the router, that will solve the problem.
