No Network/Workgroup Administer D:

I understand most workgroup have a administer correct? Well I don't know how set the administer or see who the administer etc. I am using XP Home. Is there somewhere on the computer that I can go to see this sort of stuff? Thanks in advance.

Workgroups are peer-to-peer networks, there is no administrator required. It's just an ad-hoc connection of machines.
