Managing Bandwidth
(I'm not exactly sure this is the right forum, but i'll leave it to the mods to adjust me)
OK, all i'm really looking for is a program (preferably free) that can manage the bandwidth per-application on my computer For example: i'm downloading a program using ReGet D/l Manager, but i am wanting to do internet browsing too. So i what i would do is open this program and modify the bandwidth that reget can use and my browsing will work better (Yes i am alert to the fact that you can control ReGet's bandwidth, i just used it as an example because i couldn't remember the actual program i wanted to manage, lol) Thanks for any help |
