pci simple communications controller

in device manager this message is under an exclaimation point what is it and how do i fix it . i ve tried deleting it then installing network driver delete then installing modem driver nothing works i am losing my mind

Is this an Intel Motherboard?

it is an SIS chipset 630et

It's probably some device that's missing drivers. Have you installed the MB drivers for your board? Are there any MB ports or expansion boards that don't function properly?

I usually see this when the modem isn't recognized .... Shut down, pull the modem out, and see that type/model it is ...
