lovely little problem....
Ok...I'm having several problems here..
First, I'm connected to the internet through a Netgear wireless router. My internet connection is obviously working, but the computers that I'm trying to network to can't see me and I can't see them. Very often when I log onto Windows, an error comes up that says "Generic Win32 Host Process has encountered an error and needs to close" and I"m sure that has something to do with it. It will not renew my IP address when I click "repair" on the internet connection. That's problem number one. Problem number two may, or may not be connected to it at all. My sound card randomly quits working. I have to uninstall teh Realtek AC'97 Audio device and then search for new hardware to even listen to sounds on my computer. Windows Media Player will open a file and appear to be playing it but with no sound. After I un-install the device and re-install it, other sound programs will play music. What is going on?!?! All antivirus and spyware is up to date.--to my knowledge...as well as all windows updates... |
