Wireless intermittent connection
I have a motorola WR850G wirless router and the motorola wireless laptop card. When set to G or b/G settings the connection works fine. When set to B only it does not work at all. Also, when set to G or B/G settings, and then set to open or wpa or wpa-psk it works, but when chnaged to open with wep security it has intermittent connection(every couple minutes it losses the signal). Any ideas why this would happen?
Reason I ask is that i bought a new wireless media player(RokuLabs Soundbridge m500) that currently does not support WPA so i need to switch to WEP security instead for now. THX! |
