cant get mail

have a wired network using a origo plus 4. have two computers connected to the router and both computers can use the net at the same time.

however, i can send mail with wanadoo but cannot seem to retreive it it want my password and user name even though it is already correct. when i set up the router it didnt require any info about wanadoo (how that works is a mystery to me!).

what info do i need to tell my computer, or what account do i need to set up to get mail?

win xp home, wanadoo broadband

many internet providers offer a dhcp connection that does not require a username and password to get on the internet but an email account that requires a username and password for your protection
