Im having problems trying to log on the net. i get two connection icons on my taskbar, one that says verizon and the other that says LAN connection. I believe they are supposed to be the same. I tried to install the Linksys Wireless G router model no. WKPC54G and i read instructions on how to do so. But, by following the instructions, now my modem cannot log online because the settings were changed including the IP Address. Could someone PLEASE help me get back my settings to the way they were???????
PS i also tried to re-install but it gives me another taskbar icon and its not working well |

Please start with a description of your environment. What make/model of modem do you have for the Verizon account? Do you have to use a name/password to connect to the Verizon DSL?
I suggest you uninstall all of the Verizon stuff and start like you just got the account to get it back. After that, the wizard for the Linksys should step you through connecting it to the Verizon modem.
