Web Sniffer/Monitoring Tool

I am looking for a good web sniffer/monitoring tool, something to monitor 26 users and the websites they are visiting. Any good suggestions.

Also, I'm not sure about your budget but a friend of mine just got a Network Analyzer that his work purchased (it showed several things that they weren't expecting to encounter such as damaged pairs, duplicate IPs, and some stuff setup on the wrong domain). Very nice tool to have if it's in your price range. http://www.flukenetworks.com/us/LAN/...w/Overview.htm It's quite nice, but the price tag is around $17,000- $23,000
