Prevent a file from being printed?

I dont remember ever learning about this in any of my classes, and that's probably because the option doesn't exist. My question is, is there a way you can prevent a file from being printed by certain groups, yet still allow them to view it? I'm thinking I already know the answer to my question, but I figured I'd throw this question out there and see if anyone knows how to do this.

With my experiences...if you can see it, you can print it. There's always a way to get around copy protection as long as you can see/hear the media.
