Home Dial-up networking
I have a 2-pc network linked by a crossover cable. The OSes are either Windows 98 and Windows 98 or one Windows 98 and one Windows 2000, and the network is fine. However, I would like to add a remote PC to it through DUN so we can play Starcraft, Warcraft, Half-Life, and CS over a LAN configuration using 3 PCs, because Starcraft only allows 2 players using it's Modem multiplayer option. The remote PC, a friend's, uses Windows XP. Is it possible to do this. Can the 2-PC network dial the remote WXP PC and vice-versa to form a 3-PC network? If so, how do I go about it?
