Networking problem

Hello,

I have been trying to make a proyection of the network utilization that some program I made has. I have built it and made a testing network and measured the network utilization it has. But now I need to make a proyection of the utilization the program would have in a bigger network, for example at an organization. Is there a program to do this or is there a way to calculate this?

at first i thought it was protection, but the sentence makes more sense with "projection"

OK, can you tell us what you mean by a "projection" of the network? I'm still not at all clear on what you're trying to do.

ok, here is what i have gathered.

the user has made a change to the network configuration, and is noticing some amount of change.

i think they are wanting to know, is there a way to fabricate a projection of how the same changes would affect a larger network.

and i think we'd need to know alot more to make any sort of a projection.

Well if you explain what your program does we would have a better idea.

It is really hard to judge since you were so vague, but think about what you had to do on your computer to have it back to operational after you installed this new software and decide whether its practical/possible to do this network wide.

Also consider the OS of each system and wehter it can even use this program at all and if it cant is there a comprable program for it on the other OS'es
