Problems signing on to AIM 7.1
Ok so i don't know if this is the right category, or even the right website to be posting this (i am not great with technology), but i am currently having problems signing onto my AIM account and i hope one of you tech people could help.
The message i get when i try to sign in my account is: "Connection error. Please try signing on again" I am certain that i have the username/password correct. All of my other AIM accounts will sign-in properly except for my current one. I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling aim, signing into AimExpress, Clicking on AutoConfigure, but none of it is working. The one thing that i find odd is that i deactivated my facebook for the first time in my life just before i started having this problem with my AIM account, which had been listed under my profile "information" . I don't know if that is related but i find it to be an odd coincidence if it isn't. Again, the message i get when i try to sign-in is: "Connection error. Please try signing on again" Can anyone think of what the problem might be, and does anyone have any ideas on what i can do to fix it? |
