searching for a program to reg. bandwidth from a remote pc.

Good day to all. I'm a university student and i share an apartment with 5 other boys. Glthough I an the only person that uses ethernet in the house they all use wireless to access the router and constantly suck alllll of the bandwidth to a point where i cant even websurf.

I am aware that there are programs to regulate bandwidth on a network but I do not have access to their laptops.

If somebody out there.....anyone....can tell me of a program that i can install on my own pc ALONE, that can regulate the bandwidth.

-----> btw....I wont play god :), I'm not that evil.

------> ooh and i do not have permissions for router access so that's not an option.

thank you.

You are out of luck. There is no application you can install on your machine alone to control the bandwidth of other router connections.
