Packet Loss Problem.

Sometimes my connection, during games, randomly drops. For isntance:

When playing a game that uses p2p, the OTHER people i'm connected to start to have latency issues, and ultimately drop out of the game. It's always them first, but it has to be my problem, as I haven't been able to connect this way in a while without someone dropping out very quickly. (This is not normal for the game)

Also, when refreshing the server list for "Steam", i get very rampant packetloss, as seen through the command prompt, pinging google.com. There are something around 2600+ servers active on steam, So i'm thinking that something on my network is causing me to drop the packets when it starts to have a lot of data transfer.

This is all speculation. I just really wish I could get some help, because playing any game has been a huge hassle for a while now.. Some are just impossible to play.

I use a Linksys WRT54GL, with an Arris TM502G/CT Modem, The modem is connected to some kind of VOIP hardware. It says "Phone Power" on the front, and "GrandStream" with a model number HT502 on the back. And then the VOIP connects to the router.

I'm connected by ethernet through the router, and yes, the problem still occurs when i'm connected directly to the modem. I don't have another computer to test if the problem occurs elsewhere (I will soon, though), and the problem still does occur in safe mode with networking.

Please help :/..

(P.S. One issue that I think might be worth noting, is that when getting the server list for steam, the latency of the google pings barely changes, despite the strain i would imagine it would be. It stays pretty consistently around 25ms, sometimes bumping up around 70, then it'll suddenly drop.)
