When I reboot the Wifi connection seems to be excellent but the traffic is only one way: no reception until I repair the connection.
All IP addresses are OK yet I can only self ping. After I repair everything works. It may have happened coincidentally when I activated Bluetooth once. I verified that no Bluetooth is active. |

Re: Need to repair connection after each reboot
Hi and welcome to TSF!
You may try changing the DHCP (or auto IP config) to static IP. Go to the LAN properties of TCP/IP by right clicking on Network Places and check the button to manually enter your IP information. or try this link for more troubleshooting tips: http://www.microsoft.com/athome/setup/wirelesstips.aspx

Re: Need to repair connection after each reboot
Thanks
I always had a dynamic IP (auto config) and never had this problem. I did notice that my Firewire connection was up and I am not sure if it causes the problem or if 1394 Connection was connected before. |
