Grin Nmap and metasploit

Hey Whats Up Everyone I really Have No Idea How to use these programs I know there for advanced Users i seen this video on youtube an wanted to try and understand how this stuff works But really Its way beyond anything i can understand id like to check my server security using these programs but can not figure out exactly how

Lol Yea i guess your right they are pretty complex and would give me a huge head ache plus im headed To bed im super tired and exausted after eating cheezys all day and making rap beats

you use nmap and nessus to scan for open ports on your network and see which are open.

then use use metasploit to exploit these open ports

nessus is a very good port scanner that will also tell you how to protect your open port
