Join several internet connections

I contracted 4 phone lines with internet connection. Is there a way to join these internet connections without affecting my LAN? What would happen if I hook them up to a switch?

A switch won't do the trick. You need a multi-WAN router for this task. Here's a page reviewing some such routers: http://gpsinformation.info/joe/route...Nroouters.html
