Issues
Hi,
I have a few problems with my internet connection. Im not very technical so any simple help would be appreciated. First off I have 3 Dell laptops and 1 desktop computer running wireless on the same router. Unfortunately only my laptop has stopped connecting with the wireless and comes up with the message limited or no connectivity but when trying to access the web nothing loads. I am currently using the cable into the router to access the internet. Does anyone have any suggestions or know the cause as to why only 1/4 computers is not connecting? Thanks, Nick |

Re: Issues
Hi nick8 and welcome to TSF!
If it's just your laptop acting up you may try these suggestions: 1.) disable any Firewall/Security software such as zonealarm, McAfee etc. 2.) run Malwarebytes and see if it will detects and remove any Malware http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebyte...=dl&tag=button 3.) If No. 1 and 2 didn'd work, do this => click on Start, right click My Computer => Properties => hardware tab => Device Manager => find your Network Adapters right click on the Wireless Adapter and choose Update Driver. If you have an ethernet driver CD for your Wireless adapter have it ready, this will be the last suggestion, choose Unistall then re-install. Normally your Windows will do a Plug N play auto install for you, but just in case you might have your CD driver ready. Pls. let me know. RD
