wireless connection/network bridge?

i used this idea before when i didnt have internet to play on my xbox360 but for some reason it stopped working...i bridged my local area connection and my wireless network connection to my network bridge.but than my wireless connection turns off when i bridge it? any ideas,should i disable something.
