Wirless Stopped working
Hi my desktop PC has been using a USB wirless reciver with range booster (linksys) connecting to a linksys wirless router. This was working fine with no problems for a period of time.
The other day we moved the desktop to a differant location in the house, its in a differant room but on the same floor no further away than it was before. After moving it the wirless woudnt connect, it didnt even give a local connection. I reinstalled the softwere for the linksys reciver it worked fine that day but when i came back the next it stopped. After playing with it I reinstalled the softwere again and it worked. It has now stopped yet again and I now sturggle to get as far as opening the IE browser. The wirless manager program says can not associate with acess point but the windows one says its connected. Any help would be great thanks |
