connect my computer to another network using 2 network cards

hello evrybody,
this is my prob,
i have a computer connecting through a gateway to a network in order to use the internet. his ip @ is 174.12.... i have another small network who use another ip range 192. 1.... i add a second network card to the first computer to connect it to my small network in order to use his internet. my question is how to configure my second network card to use the internet. i think it should work as a routeur right. could anybody gives me the steps pls. i have to do it in less then 10 days. 10x for any help.

i have one router for my small network. the 192...
i have another one only for the computer connected to another ip range 174... in order to use the internet. once tell me i should add another network card to the last one in order to access the internet for the last comp.certainly by my small network. my question is how do i configure this another network card. i need the steps pls. 10x a lot
