Hello and welcome to TSF smarty mbm....
Pls. do this. click on Start => rt click on My computer => Properties => Hardware Tab => click on Device Manager => find Ethernet Adapters and expand it, do you see any yellow ! next to your NIC adapter? Let start from here and we'll diagnose your issue. RD
