Major Problem

Hello Everyone

Im having trouble connecting certain apps to the web. Opera, The weather app in objectdock, bitcomet and winamp remote will not connect. I ran eset, removed a virus. I ran malware, nothing. I ran Tune up utilities, but it would freeze after getting to the defragging stage. I then ran Advanced Uninstaller to fix any registry issues and it would hang during that process as well. Outlook is hanging as well. Im getting an error that its invalid, i had this installed for almost a year now, and never had this issue. Frostwire and Firefox are running fine though. Any idea what this could be? IE, although i dont use it, its not running either.

and on another note, when i try to close these applications after they freeze, they dont close right away. sometimes they never close. and also, when i shut down, it takes way too long.

and i cant download anything with idm

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If i have not provided enough information, please let me know what else i can add.
