AIM 6.9 - rollover info. disappeared
hi all!
 i have been running AIM for years (now on 6.9.17.2). currently on my desktop (vaio) and laptop (acer), both with XP. the laptop is perfectly fine. the desktop, however, no longer shows me any information when i rollover a name (e.g. online time, idle time, available, etc.). the checkbox for rollover info. in settings->buddy list->show buddy details is dimmed, but checked!! it is N O T dimmed on the laptop. i have uninstalled it 3-4 times and reinstalled, and even attempted to install an older version but it installed the newest instead. any assistance is G R E A T L Y appreciated, ~tina~  :
