Windows Vista cant detect Wireless
Hi there
I have a home network which consists of a mac and a pc, connected to the internet by Airport. I recently got a notebook which is running Vista on it. Unknown to me, my network was completely unsecured, and my notebook could connect easily. I turned on the firewall and WPA-PSK2 encryption, and although the mac and pc continued to work flawlessly the new notebook couldnt detect the network. In Wireless Network Connection, it keeps saying "cant configure". As an experiment I changed the connection back to unsecured, but it still cant detect it. I went to device manager and none of the drivers have any !s or ?s next to them. Any ideas? Thanks Mik |
