I have internet connection but i cant log onto router, am like a ghost on my network

Well i think the title says it all every other computer on my network wired or wireless can see everyone else but my computer. Even if they can see my computer it gives the error \\Blah\X is not avaliable. I have tried uninstalling my network card and reinstalling it with no luck at all, if anything it is worse than before. I did this stuff in command prompt.

Dont worry figured it out myself it had to do with IPSEC so i just killed the process in services.msc and now i can do everything again.
