Connection problems? help.

A little history.

Instead of hopme broadband i decided to purchase a mobile broadband stick 3 network huawei E160G. I then decided to connect my 360 to network nevermind live. At first it worked. After about a month and a half it wouldn't connect. I tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. I went without xbox live for about 3 months then i decided to see if it would work and low and behold it worked.

Then after 3 months with live my 360 wouldn't connect to network. I tried to fix it agian and it still would not work. i then decided to leave it and wait. after about 2 months it still isn't working.

it states when i test connection that it "cannot obtain an IP address from your router or modem". I have tried to use a static ip address but it still does not work. on the pc side it says device has limited or no connectitvity. i have tried all the options that it provided yet it still will not work.

Any help will be much apreciated.

ps. do you know how to cancel xbox live, even though i can't get on it still takes money from my account
