Hi Guys,
I have a USB modem connected to my PC for accessing internet.. i want this internet connection to be shared to some wi-fi transmitter so that i could use it on my ipod touch, PSP and HTC Touch... in my experience i think that i should buy a wireless router and share my USB internet connection to this router.. so that this router can act as a wifi hotspot for my USB internet .. but it's my theory and i am not sure whether this work or whatever.. please tel me whether this is feasible adn if so what router i need to buy . basically what stuffs i need.. this would be really helpfull. thanks |

Re: USB internet connection on WIFI
you're on the right path. you definitely need a router. but instead of the current usb connection that you're using you would probably need to switch to ethernet connection. so you'll have you modem, router and pc all connected using ethernet, and the others using wi-fi. its quite hard to find a router that would support usb connection. . .
