Computers are disappearing on the network with ISA server

Hi guys,

We have been seeing an issue in our network with ISA server 2006, I don't think it is the ISA server with the issue but it's been hard to track down.

We are now setting up in a second rack in a new location and are seeing the same issue come back.

The issue is our ISA server is setup for web site publishing either by single server or web farm and we keep seeing the following issues in our ISA server log:
10022 An invalid argument was supplied.
10053 An Existing connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
10054 An Existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
1232 The Network location cannot be reached. For more information about network troubleshooting, see Windows Help.
1460 This operation returned because the timeout period expired.
64 The specified network name is no longer available

We have in this new network the following setup.

An ISA server on a dedicated server, we are using Hyper-V to host our web servers hat are built to customer requirements and we have some semi-managed switches that at the moment are set for simple switch mode.

We also have a domain controller which has a dns server on it but this has been left to the domain controller to manage.

All the servers are running windows server 2008 apart from the ISA server which is running 2003 and has ISA 2006 installed.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Michael
