Network Timeouts and Updates

I've been having many Network Timeouts to the point of agitation. It's just the regular Network Timeout page. After several or many tries, I eventually get to the page I want to go. I couldn't pinpoint the source of the anomaly. I wish I had more info on the matter, but it was unobtainable. I use Firefox.

Also, I've been having update issues as well. In McAfee, I get a popup that states that it was unable to download and in order to fix it I had to reinstall security center and the 3-in-1 Protection thingy... or whatever its called. I tried just that, but it didn't work. I also can't upgrade or update any microsoft programs listed in the dell support center, which leads me to assume that its connected. I'm posting the DDS log as prescribed and attaching the RAR file containing ARK and ATTACH.
