Network Adapter Issue

Ok I currently use ESET NOD32 as my antivirus program. And it kept giving me the error of NDIS.exe was a virus but had an error deleting. So I installed RegRun and it deleted the file as it was a virus. Than I rebooted my computer and now I can't even connect to the internet.

Under Network Adapter, all of the drivers have a yellow exclamation point next to them, and uninstall and reinstalling those drivers does not work.

In my antivirus on startup I get this error:
Analysis of application protocols (POP3, HTTP) will not function.

And when I try to run Windows Firewall I get the error:

Windows cannot start the Windows Firewall Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) Service. So my whole network adapters does not work and it was working perfectly before deleting the file NDIS.exe
