Outlook HELP!
I have an e-mail account at work through outlook 2007. I am able to send e-mails to anyone. But, I can only receive e-mails from ONE person. Why is that? And, How do I fix it?

Questions to consider:
What sort of email account is it? Are you connecting to an exchange server or something else using POP/IMAP? Do emails from other people reach the mail server? ie just don't get to the client? Do you have web access to the mail account to verify? Are you running a SPAM filter on the client? Does the mail server run a SPAM filter? Is an antivirus programme blocking email? |
