To get data which website is been browsed and how much data is been downloaded

I am a client user I have no access in the server. But in my machine I am the administrator. I want to know my colleague or mates which website they are browsing and how much data they r downloading. Please give me idea or any software so that can get the information. Please help me..

shadow4night, is this a business computer? If so, you should be aware that installing software of any kind, especially monitoring software is strictly prohibited by many companys IT usage policies.

If you are not the company administrator then it is vitally important that you should get permission for this from the company systems administrator. This is because in many countries what you are planning to do is illegal and considered an invasion of privacy. If you covertly attempt to gain access to a colleagues personal information from a work computer, in many cases you can and should be sued!

You won't get this type of help here. We obviously can't determine the intent here, but since you have no access to the server, my guess is that this is not an "official" monitoring operation.
