Usage Software?

Is there any software for tracking internet usage? I recently moved and my new ISP currently sells internet by speed and usage, at least until I am ready to find a better deal on unlimited access.

Anyway, I know there are programs out there to track sites visited, etc. but is there a program out there that monitors information usage? I only have 3GB a month at the moment and it is expensive to go over obviously.

3 GB is really your limit? That is really strict.
