[SOLVED] Router
Hello everyone, I have recently gotten a sky netgear router, I was wondering possibly If I could use this sky netgear router without being with sky as an ISP, I would give up and stick with my original router but I just picked this up at a bootfair, found out it was 108mbps and my original one was 54mbps, so I really want to make this work, Would it work with being with a different ISP?

Re: Router
Is the SKY router a router/modem, or just a plain router? How does the SKY router connect to the satellite service, by Ethernet? How about the exact make/model of each of the routers?

Re: Router
Ahh, Dont worry :) Thank you for trying to help me, I fixed it by myself, I just did this little trick by Conencting my laptop to the router, hold the reset button and at the same time disconnect and reconnect the power cable, Then run a program and it resets the WHOLE thing, now its open to any ISP despite that it was for sky. So basically I unlocked it. Thank you for helping :)
