Network Adapter Mystery
Up until a few days ago, everything was going fine on my other computer. Then yesterday when I turned on the computer, I noticed that my network adapter no longer picked up my wifi. I tried reinstalling the drivers and the software but to no success. I went on to reformat the computer (seeing as I was going to do it anyway later on the week) and reinstalled everything. Yet the wireless adapter still won't work. Windows detects it when I place it into any of the usb slots however, when I try to launch the software, it crashes every time (though I still see it in the task manager). I've reformatted the computer twice to no sucess. Anyone have any ideas?
The wireless adapter model number: AWKK3026, made by AirLink |

Re: Network Adapter Mystery
Is it able to pick up other wireless networks? It may be the adapter has died, USB ones do that pretty often. Try it in another computer to see if it functions correctly.

Re: Network Adapter Mystery
Sounds like you have either driver or hardware issues with the USB adapter.
