mstsc causing confussion

i have a server running sbs2003

and i dont have a keyboard,screen,mouse plugged in

i have utorrent running on my box thats saving my download content to a nas drive

my problem is

sometimes i notice when i mstsc into the box it has 2 sessions running
and when i enter the wrong to date one...the utorrent is at a different place

and this moves completed files to the completed directory and sometimes doesnt i find this very confusing

if i log out of a session it closes utorrent

how do i fix this...do you understand what i mean?
