ADSL 2 Wireless connection Problem

Hi,
I am in my sisters in Italy for 1 week, she has an ISDN box and i am have connected a Sitecom 300N wireless Modem Router to the ISDN box via an ethernet cable. i then logged into the wireless box, ran threw the wizard which basically let me change the country to Italy and service provider to Tisicali, i then entered her username and password(which has been checked with support) i have checked that NAT is on. i can connect to the box with her laptop wirelessly no problem, i just cant get it on the net, and it is kind of hard as she rings support i have to ask her to ask them questions in italian. I have also put in several DNS settings in the wireless connection on xp. which they asked me to try.

Other than talking to Tiscali, I have no other suggestions. This seems clearly to be an ISP configuration issue.

have you tried to ping any websites?

for example ping www.google.com? if so do you get replies?
