Hello to all

how do i redirect a external connetction (with VNC software) trough the router ip address to the ipaddress of my computer ?

Well, that depends on the router. In general, you make sure the IP address of the machine stays put, either by configuring it with a static IP address, or using the DHCP <> MAC reservation feature of some routers to lock a MAC address to an IP address. Then you forward port 5900 to that IP address.
