help with net send in dos shell with windows XP
aight... long time no see u guys here...
this forum sure has changed ALOT... anyways... here's the puzzle of the day! i'm in a lan with other users... number of users = unknown... and their ip address is unknown the lan is constructed with a linksys router and a d-link hub so... the question is... if i wanna private message others in the same local area network... how can i do it in the dos shell with net send? or is it even doable? how can i check their virtual ip address? they have shared their files on the lan... so is there any way to find out bout their address from there? thx a bunch guys... |

You can use SuperScan from Foundstone to find all the machines on a specific subnet. Look under Resources, Free Tools.
