Internet Problem!!!

I don't know when it happened but before my internet was downloading at a speed of 200-280 KB/sec
And now its less than 50 KB/sec!!!!
Even loading pages gotten slightly slower.
Usually when i download 1 song its 19 sec.
Now its like 7-4 minutes only for a song!!!
What should i do?
I already tried antivirus and it detected nothing wrong.
I tried registry boosters/cleaners.
But on my other comp the internet speed is fine...

Please help/leave suggestions of what i should do!

Edit:
Its quite strange.
When i go to www.speedtest.net
it says 2.30MB/sec.
Also when i'm downloading stuff and that i go do the test my speed is going faster(like it used to) and when the test ends it goes back.(13.9KB/sec)
Weird.
I don't know when it started...

does csrss has something to do with it?

I went to take the test on www.speedtest.net on this computer(laptop(the one that has internet problems) and on my desktop with the same connection. Both test was the same results. 2.11Mb/s(download)0.67Mb/s(upload) ping 47 ms.
I've also downloaded the same file. and on the laptop its averagely 19 KB/s and on my computer its averagely 235KB/s...

Re: Internet Problem!!!

Try to hook it up wired now. Its possible that there are other wireless signals in your area that are running on the same channel or that may be effecting your connection. Wireless is great because its very flexiable however depend on your environment and what else is transmitting around you, you could be getting some type of interference that wasn't there before. Try to hook it up wired and see what results you get
