EEK! netstat problems

Hi, I'm new here. I think that my computer is infected with something, but I'm not sure if I'm right or not. Whenever I try to open my netstat, the page closes right after I open it, and it also says something like "Foreign Adress". When I do a virus scan with OneCare, it says that nothing has been detected. Also, my computer has slowed down recently, and sometimes it takes a long time to load.

Here's what I got for the "Local Adress"
192.168.0.2:49173
192.168.0.2:49508
192.168.0.2:50672
192.168.0.2:50727
192.160.0.2:50739
and a few more

I wanted to know what this means, and am I infected or hacked(or am I just worrying over nothing)?:

Re: netstat problems

I also forgot to mention that there are 3 or more different IP addresses under "Foreign Address" when I don't have my Internet on or the Internet cable plugged in.
Here they are:
64.54.95.157
74.125.155.99
67.148.71.27
