Network Traffic Shaping
Does anyone know of a modem router with built in traffic shaping controls? I want to give 2 computers on my network static IPs and give them the priority over bandwidth across the network while any other machines joining the network will get their IP via DHCP and will have limited bandwidth unless there is no network traffic from either machine with the static IP.
Router also needs to be 802.11n so 300kbs not a 54kbs G router. I know there is 3rd party firmware available for some routers to enable full control over network traffic but would really like this to come straight out of the box if at all possible. |
