Help me to install RAS
I have PC with WinME upgraded to XP Home.
I tried to install NetZero. I got the following massage: "you have not RAS" Help for NetZero propose to install RAS as follows: "If you receive this error when you try to install or launch NetZero, you must take steps to install Microsoft Dial Up Networking. 1. Click the Windows Start button, point to Settings, and select Control Panel. 2. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon. 3. Select the Windows Setup tab and double-click the Communications option. 4. Check the box next to Dial-Up Networking and insert your Windows CD. 5. Click OK and OK again. " I was able to follow the instruction only to step 3, because there are neither the Windows Setup nor the Communications on my screen. Only relevant tab i have on this screen is the Add/Remove Windows Componens. I tried to select this tab, but on the following screen are neither Communications nor Dial Up Networking. Please, advise me what I must do. |
