Resetting tcp/ip
Hey!
How do? This could possibly be a silly question but I thought somebody here could give me an answer! I've used netsh int ip reset before to reset tcp/ip on a comp but I'd noticed a post saying to use netsh winsock reset catalog, netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log and netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log to reset. Is this similar to using the netsh int ip reset? Or completly different. I've seen that corrupt winsock settings can cause probs, was wondering if using the "netsh int ip reset" alone is not the best practise! Thanks!!
