Astrocom ????
Anyone familiar with astrocom units?
Hopefully you can be of some help. One of my clients purchased a APL-PRO200 from a third party and the unit is password protected. I have checked with the manual and cannot find how to do a hard reset or if there is a unit master for the devise. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Astrocom is just being a HUGE headache as this was boughten new from a third party and they will not transfer the warranty. Does anyone know if there is a way to do a hard reset through the hardware or even software |
